When you receive this customized Helios program (via CD or email) the technician will schedule a time to cover the overview of the Helios program, the customized options and functions, make any changes necessary, and answer any questions before you open your business. This orientation time cuts to the heart of using the Helios program and prepares you to open without overburdening you with learning all of the options of Helios in order to customize it yourself.

Already open for business? No problem! Helios can also integrate the Remote Salon Setup service along with a data conversion process if you are converting your existing client data from another software program. Conversion utilities are already available for many of the common software programs used in tanning salons.
