Transworld Integrated Functionality

Transworld Systems and Helios provide an automated collections interface for the tanning salon industry using Helios software. This interface allows for a more efficient collections process and in turn more money recovered.

Users of the Helios salon management system will be able to view all of their collections activities administered directly through Transworld Systems. This speeds up payments and lowers internal costs - increasing cash flow. With one click, practices can identify, select and electronically transfer delinquent patient accounts to Transworld Systems for collections.

Below are the three steps to help you walk through and see how easy this process is.

1. Login to back office and click on the file maintenance (wrench icon) in the top right corner.Then click on number 13-Transworld.

2. Enter minimum days overdue, maximum days overdue and minimum amount owed. Then click on EXTRACT.
*By default minimum days overdue is set 90, maximum days overdue is set 180 and minimum owed is set.

3. On the extraction screen you should have a list of all the client ready for collection. Select the client you want to submit to collection and then click SUBMIT and you are done.
