Remote Salon Setup including 2 Hour Phone Orientation

One of the most daunting tasks for any business is to implement new software. That is why Helios offers the Remote Salon Setup service. By filling out a simple 5 page survey about your business, a Helios Technician will be able customize the Helios program to meet your needs. This includes constructing all of the sales codes for your Point Of Sale functions. When you receive this customized Helios program (via CD or email) the technician will schedule a time to cover the overview of the Helios program, the customized options and functions, make any changes necessary, and answer any questions before you open your business. This orientation time cuts to the heart of using the Helios program and prepares you to open without overburdening you with learning all of the options of Helios in order to customize it yourself.

Already open for business? No problem! Helios can also integrate the Remote Salon Setup service along with a data conversion process if you are converting your existing client data from another software program. Conversion utilities are already available for many of the common software programs used in tanning salons.

On-Site POS Installation, Setup and Training

$1500.00 (Per 8 Hours)

Whether you are opening a new business or simply new to using Helios, you may choose a more ‘hands-on’ approach to setting up Helios and training yourself and your staff. A Helios Representative will come to your location and provide one-on-one training for owners and managers as well as knowledgeable instruction for employees using the Helios Point Of Sale functions. You will receive personalized training using Helios to maximize your business needs.

Prior to your training day, you may choose to use the Remote Salon Setup form so the Helios Representative can have much of the preliminary Helios options and features pre-configured before arriving. This will maximize your time while on-site to get the most out of your training experience.

Two week advance notice required in order to schedule the flight and completion of your Salon Setup.
